Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Iron Moth Clothing order. Every piece is printed especially for you once you place your order, helping us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Wanting a different colour or design
  • Any reason that isn’t due to a fault with the product

Something gone wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item, don’t panicβ€”we’ll make it right.

Email us within 14 days of receiving your order at ironmothclothing@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll investigate the problem and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent directly to our print partner can’t be accepted.

Returns address: This will be provided if your return is approved.

Returned to Sender

If your parcel makes an unexpected journey back to us because the delivery address was incorrect, the parcel wasn’t collected, or delivery couldn’t be completed, we’re happy to send it back out.

Please note that you’ll need to cover the shipping cost again before we can resend your order.
